How To Host New Meeting on Zoom

Download Zoom App1) Click on new meeting.
2) A new window will appear seeking permission for camera and microphone with no other participant in it
3) Grant permission
4) Click on invite option to invite people to join the meeting using their Zoom ID, Email address or meeting name
5) Wait for members to join and commence your meeting
6) After the meeting you click on the End Meeting button at the bottom right side of the meeting window.

To Join Zoom metting, simply click on the join button and enter the required details like your Zoom ID or personal link name along with your meeting password. Then press the join button to attend the meeting.

How To Schedule a Meeting on Zoom

  • Click on the Schedule button.
  • A new window will appear saying scheduled meetings.
